She’s a Happy Soul…usually!

Last year, I told you about Pip.  She is a wee thing with Down’s Syndrome…

Her mom, Tara, started the Happy Soul Project to celebrate that “What makes you different makes you special!”   #differentisbeautiful

Pip has been featured on magazine covers, news stories and more… because her mom Tara wanted to celebrate all that her baby was, and could be.  But she couldn’t have imagined the response and just how far it would take them.  Two years ago Pip was in heart failure.  Today, she is a happy little soul.  Most of the time.  C’mon…she’s just a toddler!  🙂
March 21st is World Down Syndrome Day.  Those with Down Syndrome have a third copy of the 21st chromosome, hence the selection of the third month and 21st day as World Down Syndrome Day.  Click the links below to learn more about Tara, Pip, The Happy Soul Project and Lots of Socks Day.

Lots of Socks Day – March 21st

Last year they were trying to get Pip on Ellen… I don’t know if that happened or not, but I do know this Project and this little girl have danced their way into a million hearts since then.
