At the movies, Kristen Stewart stars alongside Léa Seydoux and Viggo Mortensen in David Cronenberg’s “Crimes of the Future.” Despite receiving a standing ovation, some critics couldn’t take the graphic visuals in the movie and walked out of the screening at the Cannes Film Festival. It opens in Canadian theatres today.
Fire Island, which is being described as a gay Pride & Prejudice, drops today on Disney+ here in Canada. Also on Disney + later this month… although it’s still doing well in theatres, ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ will begin streaming June 22nd… and the first episodes of The Boys Season 3 are out today on Prime.
Don’t be sad for the stars of This is Us …they all have projects in the works. To support her just-released album, ‘In Real Life’, Mandy Moore is heading out on a 26-city tour this month. Justin Hartley has a movie and an action show coming out, Sterling K Brown has a couple of movies and will star and produce a back in time limited series.
Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, arrived in England for the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations, but it was Prince Louis who stole the show during the Royals’ Trooping The Colour yesterday to celebrate the Queen’s birthday. Let the memes begin!
