Mornings

For Monday, October 31st:

Dwayne Johnson’s ‘Black Adam’ held onto the top spot at the box office for a second week with $27.7 million. ‘Ticket to Paradise’ with Julia Roberts and George Clooney brought in another $10 million for second place and the rest were spooky, seasonal flicks… with ‘Pray for the Devil’, ‘Smile’ and ‘Halloween Ends’ rounding out the top 5.
Henry Cavill will be seen in the World War II action spy movie ‘The Ministry Of Ungentlemanly Warfare’. The film explores the techniques used against the Nazis and the origin of the present-day Black Ops unit. In the movie, Cavill will take the lead role as the leader of a secret combat organization.
Which is probably why the Netflix series The Witcher has announced Henry Cavill is leaving the show. Liam Hemsworth will replace him.
Matthew Perry has been throwing names around like nobody’s business in his new memoir. There’s a little kiss and tell with Valerie Bertinelli, breaking up with Julia Roberts and taking shots at Keanu Reeves.  ‘Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing’ hits stores tomorrow. (Careful there, Matt…we always liked you, but everyone loves Keanu!)
It’s been forty years since E.T. phoned home, and Drew Barrymore is celebrating the big anniversary by reuniting her former castmates on her talk show today.
The Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions starts today with the return of super-champions Amy Schneider, Matt Amodio and Canadian Mattea Roach, among others.
…and with the return of Kate Walsh, aka Addison, to Grey’s AnatomyShonda Rimes is hinting at a revival of Private Practice
