Taylor Swift surprised each of her ‘Eras’ tour production truck drivers with a $100,000 bonus as the US leg of her tour nears its end. She has approximately 50 dedicated truckers in her crew, so if you do the math… that’s about $5 million in bonuses alone. But wait, there’s more! Other team members, including bandmates, dancers, and technicians, also received “very generous amounts” of extra income.
Meanwhile, California’s Lieutenant Governor and elected officials are urging Taylor Swift to postpone her LA concerts as a way to stand in solidarity with striking hotel workers. Taylor is scheduled to perform six sold-out shows at SoFi Stadium near LA starting tomorrow… Interestingly, the state’s Lieutenant governor Eleni Kounalakis already saw Taylor’s show in another city.
Offset is taking back the allegations of cheating that he hurled at his wife Cardi B recently, saying he was drunk at the time. He’s now saying — and I quote — ‘We crazy for each other.’
Lizzo, her production company and her dance team captain are being sued by three former backup dancers who claim sexual, religious and racial harassment, and weight-shaming in a hostile work environment. Lizzo has made a career of promoting body positivity.
