She’s actually very happy with how the movie was received, the impact it had, and she’s thrilled about its 8 nominations. Technically, Robbie is nominated for an Oscar — just not for acting. As one of the producers on the film, she’ll get an Oscar if Barbie wins best picture, and Greta Gerwig also has a nomination for best adapted screenplay.
