SCOOTER BRAUN: BAD BLOOD (Max) – This docuseries will delve into the origins and developments of the rift, which began in June 2019 when Big Machine Records, a company founded by Scott Borchetta, sold the rights to Swift’s first six albums to Scooter Braun in a $300 million deal. This transaction sparked a fierce dispute over the ownership of Swift’s masters, leading to a bitter public clash between the pop superstar and the music mogul.

TRIGGER WARNING (Netflix) – Jessica Alba stars in this new film as a Special Forces commando that uncovers a dangerous conspiracy when she returns to her hometown looking for answers into her beloved father’s death. Now the owner of the family bar, she reconnects with her former boyfriend-turned-sheriff (Mark Webber), his hot-tempered brother (Jake Weary) and their powerful father Senator Swann (Anthony Michael Hall), as she looks to understand what actually happened to her dad.

SERIES PREMIERE: ORPHAN BLACK: ECHOES (10p ET, AMC) – The universe of Orphan Black expands with this sequel series that continues to explore the possibilities, dangers and ethics of cloning humans. Krysten Ritter stars as Lucy, a woman with no memory of who she is or where she came from. She lives a quiet life in a rural area, her only real connections with boyfriend Jack (Avan Jogia) and his deaf daughter. She’s sought by a number of people, including Dr. Kira Manning (Keeley Hawes); the grown-up daughter of Tatiana Maslany’s Sarah Manning from the original show. Lucy’s mysterious origins put her and her friends in danger, and she must find a way to make everything right again.

  • Kinds of Kindness — A man seeks to break free from his predetermined path, a cop questions his wife’s demeanor after her return from a supposed drowning, and a woman searches for an extraordinary individual prophesied to become a renowned spiritual guide. Stars Jesse Plemons, Emma Stone, Margaret Qualley, Willem Dafoe.

DONALD SUTHERLAND DIES AT 88 _ The entertainment industry is mourning the loss of a legendary actor, Donald Sutherland, who passed away at the age of 88 in Miami after battling a long illness. Sutherland is known for his iconic roles in films such as The Dirty Dozen, MASH, Klute, and the Hunger Games franchise.

… In addition to his film work, Sutherland also made notable contributions to television, appearing in series like Lawmen: Bass Reeves and The Undoing.

… Actor Kiefer Sutherland tweeted Thursday: “With a heavy heart, I tell you that my father, Donald Sutherland, has passed away. I personally think one of the most important actors in the history of film. Never daunted by a role, good, bad or ugly. He loved what he did and did what he loved, and one can never ask for more than that. A life well lived.”

NEW SPINOFF MOVIE FOR MEGAN ANNOUNCED _ Exciting news for fans of the character Megan as a new spinoff movie has been announced. The Hollywood Reporter revealed that a new film starring Megan is currently in the works.

PATRICK DEMPSEY JOINS DEXTER PREQUEL _ Patrick Dempsey is making a comeback to TV. Showtime revealed that the Grey’s Anatomy star will be a series regular on the Dexter: Original Sin prequel. Dempsey will portray Aaron Spencer, a Miami Metro Homicide Captain deeply intertwined with the adoptive father of the serial killer protagonist, played by Patrick Gibson.

… Set in 1991 Miami, Dexter: Original Sin delves into the transition of Dexter from student to avenging serial killer, guided by his father’s strict code.

…The official release date for Dexter: Original Sin has not been announced yet. However, based on production timelines and historical release patterns, the most likely premiere dates are in late 2024.

JENNA DEWAN WELCOMES BABY #3 _ Actress Jenna Dewan has announced the arrival of her third child, the second with her fiancé Steve Kazee. Dewan shared the heartwarming news on Thursday through Instagram, introducing her newborn daughter, Rhiannon Lee Kathryn Kazee, to the world.

… This marks Dewan’s third child, with 11-year-old Everly shared with Channing Tatum. The former couple has been in the midst of a lengthy divorce process since 2018, with unresolved issues including child and spousal support.
