Taylor Swift won multiple trophies last night at the MTV Video Music Awards, including the biggest one — Video of the Year for “Fortnight,” featuring Post Malone. That one also earned them the Best Collaboration. She gave her boyfriend Travis a big shoutout for all the support on that video shoot, and also encouraged her followers to get out and vote in November.
Chappell Roan won the MTV Video Music Award for Best New Artist. Sabrina Carpenter won for song of the year with “Espresso” and Katy Perry received the Video Vanguard Award, performing an eight-song medley. Other performers included Benson Boone, Camilla Cabello, Halsey, Lenny Kravitz and Shawn Mendes.
Bon Jovi was filming a music video Tuesday on a pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River in Nashville, when he and a production assistant helped talk a woman off the ledge and bring her back over the railing to safety.
