Mornings

For Wednesday, October 2nd:

The sexual misconduct allegations continue to pile up against Sean “Diddy” Combs. Houston attorney Tony Buzbee said is representing 120 accusers who have come forward. There are 60 males and 60 females, 25 of whom were minors at the time of the alleged misconduct.

John Amos, who starred as the family patriarch on the hit 1970s sitcom “Good Times” and earned an Emmy nomination for his role in the miniseries “Roots,” passed away August 21st. He was 84… and Frank Fritz, half of the two-man team on the reality show “American Pickers,” has died at the age of 60.

Actor Daniel Day-Lewis is coming out of retirement to star in his son’s movie “Anemone,” which Day-Lewis also cowrote with his son, Ronan. It will be his first acting role in seven years.

Scream 7 will get to slash its way into theaters, but it won’t be for a while. The sequel will feature the return of Neve Campbell as iconic “Scream Queen” Sidney Prescott, and gets a release date of Feb. 27, 2026. Meanwhile, on the smaller screens, today is the season premiere of both Unsolved Mysteries and Love Is Blind on Netflix

In other headlines, Kate McKinnon formerly of SNL has a children’s book called ‘The Millicent Quibb School of Etiquette for Young Ladies of Mad Science.’

And Taylor Swift has apparently made ‘Mousy Blonde’ the most-requested hair colour. I think we could maybe call it a dark golden blonde instead?
