Mornings

For Wednesday, March 26th:

Ben Affleck is shutting down rumors of a dramatic split from Jennifer Lopez while speaking with GQ recently. He said, ‘There’s no scandal, no soap opera, no intrigue,’ insisting the details would probably bore most people. No doubt because they’re just people trying to navigate life and love. But it’s okay, the rest of us can still be sad the fairytale’s over

The Last of Us Season 2 promises to be as wild a ride as season 1. The story picks up five years after we last saw Joel and Ellie, after he saved her from having her brain removed. This season there will some new faces including Catherine O’Hara as Joel’s therapist. The trailer dropped March 8th and episode 1 arrives April 13th on Max, and every Sunday for seven weeks.

The Studio is a new series on Apple TV+, and Catherine O’Hara is in this one too. She plays the former head of a movie studio and Seth Rogan is the guy that now has her job and is desperate for celeb approval. Olivia Wilde and other celebs will appear. It debuts today.

Netflix‘s upcoming series The Four Seasons is set to join the already crowded spring TV calendar.
The series, starring and co-created by Tina Fey, is set to premiere May 1st. It’s an adaptation of the 1981 movie that was written, directed by and starred Alan Alda (whom you’ll see as a producer and guest star on this one.) Will Forte and Steve Carell are also among the cast.

And on Netflix today, Pete Davidson and Henry Winkler will be among the guests of Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney
