Celebrity Status – Bond Man, Globes, And Nas Is NOT A Father
For Wednesday, January 4th:
Aaron Taylor-Johnson has emerged as a favorite in recent months to be the next James Bond. He was most recently in ‘Bullet Train’ and soon we’ll see him as the lead in ‘Kraven The Hunter’ and in ‘The Fall Guy’ with Ryan Gosling. So it’s possible that he might become “too famous” to take on Bond.
Emmy winner Jerrod Carmichael will host the Golden Globes on Tuesday next week. Some of the presenters are Ana de Armas, Jamie Lee Curtis, Quentin Tarantino and Natasha Lyonne. The evening will include tributes to Ryan Murphy, who will receive the fourth Carol Burnett Award, and Eddie Murphy, who is being honored with the Cecil B. DeMille Award.
Leonard Whiting and Olivia Hussey, who starred in Romeo and Juliet in 1968 are now suing Paramount Pictures over a nude scene in the movie, which was filmed when they were minors. “What they were told and what went on were two different things,” according to the business manager for both actors.
Over the holidays, Courtney Love said she was cast in ‘Fight Club’ back in 1999 until Brad Pitt got her fired because she rejected his pitch for a Kurt Cobain movie. She added to her comments on Instagram, saying “I don’t like the way he does business or wields his power”
In other headlines, Milo Ventimiglia from ‘This Is Us’ has a new con-man drama on the way called ‘The Company You’… the trailer is out now.
The rumour that the Netflix hit ‘Wednesday’ will be moving to Amazon Prime in season two appears to be incorrect.
…and it turns out Lil Nas X was joking when he posted on Instagram that he has a son.
